Returns

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition as when you received it, and in its original packaging.

Returns are accepted only for products that are defective, damaged during shipping, or incorrect items sent.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item.

Refunds will be issued via the original payment method. Since we only accept Cash on Delivery, refunds will be processed via bank transfer or store credit as agreed.

Shipping and delivery charges are non-refundable.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
