At Sam Voyager, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, please review our refund and return policy below.

Returns

  • You may request a return within 7 calendar days from the date you receive your order.

  • To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition as when you received it, and in its original packaging.

  • Returns are accepted only for products that are defective, damaged during shipping, or incorrect items sent.

How to Initiate a Return

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery at [email protected] with your order details and reason for the return.

  • Our team will provide instructions on how to return the item.

  • Please do not send the product back without prior approval from our support team.

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item.

  • Refunds will be issued via the original payment method. Since we only accept Cash on Delivery, refunds will be processed via bank transfer or store credit as agreed.

  • Shipping and delivery charges are non-refundable.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please notify us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the item and packaging.

  • We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.

Important Notes

  • Items returned after 7 days from delivery or that do not meet the return conditions will not be eligible for a refund.

  • We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not comply with this policy.
